1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of doityourselff.store and purchases from DIY. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital downloads. Access is normally provided immediately after successful payment through the checkout page and email. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to your files after download.

3. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, or create a competing product from the files or their substantial contents.

4. Educational and automotive safety notice

The products provide general educational information and do not replace an in-person inspection, diagnosis, service manual, or advice from a qualified automotive professional. Vehicles differ by year, engine, trim, condition, and prior repair. Follow the stop conditions in the guide, verify vehicle-specific information, and do not continue work or driving when the guide says to stop. You remain responsible for deciding whether a task is within your ability and for using suitable tools and safety equipment.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and payment-processing requirements are applied as required by the checkout provider and applicable law. An order is complete only after payment is accepted.

6. Refunds and access problems

Digital purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. If access fails or a file is corrupted, contact us so we can restore access or replace the file.

7. Accuracy, warranties, and liability

We work to keep product descriptions and content accurate, but repair prices, availability, vehicle specifications, laws, and third-party information can change. The store and digital products are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Third-party services

The store may use Shopify, payment providers, JVZoo, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. Shopify and JVZoo do not endorse or review our product claims.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
