Digital products and refunds

All products sold by DIY are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once download access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description, contact support@doityourselff.store. We will first provide replacement access or correct the delivery issue.

Before purchasing, please review the free sample and product description. By completing checkout and receiving immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
